The group's principal activity is to manufacture and market electric wire and cable products. The group operates through four segments: communications, OEM, electrical and dne. Communications segment includes outside plant wire and cable for voice and data transmission in telecommunications networks, copper and fiber optic datacom or premise wire and cable and Internet connectivity. Oem segment includes magnet wire and related products. Electrical segment includes building and industrial wire and cable. Dne segment manufactures multiplexers and other communications and electronic products. The group manufactures and markets products for the communications, original equipment manufacturer and electrical markets.
